Thoroughly clean entry door glass to remove fingerprints and smudges.
Empty trash receptacles and remove to a collection point. Replace liners as necessary.
Dust unobstructed horizontal surfaces of any furniture, windowsills, and wall hangings. Items will not be moved.
Clean, sanitize and polish any drinking fountain and/or water cooler. (If applicable)
Vacuum carpet (including) floor mats and/or runners.
Thoroughly sweep and/or dust mop accessible hard surface flooring to remove debris.
Wet mop all accessible hard surface flooring to remove soil and spills.
Spot clean fingerprints from all painted surfaces near light switches, etc.
Spot clean any interior glass.
Thoroughly clean stairway & landing area.
Report all maintenance issues in the communication logbook.
Check for and remove cobwebs
Dust accessible vertical surfaces of furniture, including any desks, chairs, etc.
High dust, up to 8', lighting, air vents, tops of doors, door frames, ceiling corners, etc.
Dust all accessible baseboards.
OFFICE AREAS / CONFERENCE ROOM
Empty any trash receptacles and remove to a collection point. Replace liners as necessary.
Dust unobstructed horizontal surfaces of wall hangings. Items will not be moved.
Dust chairs & replace in original position.
Dust unobstructed horizontal surfaces of furniture, including tables, file cabinets and windowsills.
Thoroughly clean any interior glass to remove fingerprints and smudges.

Disinfect door handles, partition handles and light switches.
Clean and disinfect all dispensers, mirrors, and fixtures.
Clean and disinfect all basins, counters, toilets inside and out.
Spot clean and disinfect walls, doors/frames and baseboards.
Clean and sanitize restroom walls around toilet.
Sweep hard surface flooring to remove loose debris.
Wet mop hard surface flooring with a disinfectant.
Clean and sanitize the outside of trash receptacles.
Fill soap dispensers and paper towel dispensers.
Fill toilet tissue.
Polish any chrome, stainless and bright work.
Pour water down floor drains.
Report all maintenance problems in Communication Logbook (dripping faucets, broken fixture handles, etc.).
Check for and remove cobwebs.
High dust, up to 8', mirror, lighting, air vent, top of door, door frame, ceiling corners, etc.
Dust all accessible baseboards.
KITCHEN AREA / BREAKROOM
Remove trash to collection point, replace liners.
Damp wipe accessible horizontal surfaces (counters and tables) with a disinfectant.
Clean, disinfect and polish sinks.
Dust mop and/or sweep all hard surface flooring.
Wet mop all hard surface floors.
Vacuum any carpeted area.
Clean interior and exterior of microwave oven/s.
Spot clean walls.
Report all maintenance issues in the communication logbook.
Check for and remove cobwebs.
High dust, up to 8', lighting, air vents, tops of doors, door frames, ceiling corners, etc.
Dust all accessible baseboards.
