RCA Cleaning Solutions was founded by Michael Thompson and Gea Jones-Thompson, who bring more than 38 years of combined commercial cleaning experience to the company.

Founded on January 1, 2017, RCA began with a staff of one and has grown into a dedicated team of 14 professionals committed to excellence, integrity, and customer satisfaction. Through that growth, Michael and Gea have remained focused on the principles that shaped RCA from the beginning: reliable service, consistent quality, strong communication, and lasting customer relationships. Their experience has taught them that a clean facility is about more than appearance.
